Beall Elementary is involved with the county-wide Parent Advisory Council (PAC).  The council is comprised of parent/faculty representatives from all schools under the supervision of the Allegany County Board of Education.  The council meets monthly to discuss varies subjects designed to improve parent involvement in the education process.
